Returning an athlete to sport after a posterior thigh muscle injury requires a well-planned diagnostic, rehabilitation, and training process. This course provides a comprehensive approach to athlete management, from functional assessment to evidence-based Return to Sport decision-making.
Participants will learn the functional anatomy and biomechanics of the posterior thigh musculature, identify key injury risk factors, and develop effective rehabilitation strategies based on objective assessment.
Special attention will be given to sprint mechanics, common movement faults, corrective and strength training programming, and the practical aspects of the Return to Sport process.
