Comprehensive Athlete Diagnostics – Maximus Wrocław Boxing Club

The Oleksy-Sport team conducted comprehensive testing of athletes from Maximus Wrocław Boxing Club. The assessment included strength, power and endurance testing, as well as specialized performance testing using the KO Coach ITS system. The collected data allows for a more accurate assessment of each athlete’s capabilities, helps identify areas for further improvement and supports a more individualized training process.
