Comprehensive testing of Avia Świdnik players

The Oleksy-Sport team conducted comprehensive diagnostic testing of Avia Świdnik football players. The aim of the assessments was to evaluate the players’ current capabilities, identify asymmetries and potential injury risk factors, and collect data to support further planning of the training process. The results allow the coaching staff to adjust training loads more effectively, individualise work with the players, and make better-informed decisions regarding training and injury prevention. Modern diagnostics provide valuable support in the daily work of a football team by enabling ongoing player monitoring and a faster response to emerging deficits.
