Testing of the U17 National Wrestling Team athletes

On 7 July 2025, the Oleksy-Sport team conducted performance testing of the Polish Wrestling Federation’s U17 national team athletes. The assessments were carried out as part of the cooperation between the Polish Wrestling Federation and Oleksy-Sport. Their aim was to evaluate the young wrestlers’ physical preparation and identify areas that could be relevant to reducing injury risk. The collected results provided the coaching staff with objective information to support individualised training, appropriate load selection, and the continued monitoring of the athletes’ development. Regular testing makes it possible to better tailor the training process to the athletes’ individual needs and the demands of competing at national-team level.
