Pre-Season Testing of Legia Ladies Players

The Oleksy-Sport team conducted comprehensive performance testing of Legia Ladies. During the testing process, we assessed strength, power, asymmetries, and key performance parameters that support monitoring the players' physical readiness and help reduce injury risk. Based on the results, we prepared detailed reports for the coaching staff to support the individualization of the training process and the planning of future work with the team.
